Monday - Decisions That Define

Ruth 1:16 “And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:”
Ruth’s story begins with a defining decision: leaving Moab to follow Naomi and the God of Israel. That moment didn’t just change her location, but her future! Ruth didn’t know how things would turn out, but she knew the right decision (to follow the Lord) was worth any cost. Today, we are often met with decisions that challenge our comfort. I don‘t know about you, but I like to know what the future holds! However, God honors the choices that flow from faith, even when we can’t yet see the results.
Your life today is shaped by the choices you make daily. Some seem small, but they set the course for what comes next. Like Ruth, choose faithfulness over fear and obedience over convenience. When you can’t see the whole path, trust the God who does.
