Thursday - I am forgiven

Colossians 1:13-14 – “13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:”
I John 1:9 – “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
I John 1:9 – “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Forgiveness is at the core of the gospel.
It’s what sets us free from the weight of guilt and shame. Because of Jesus, we’re not only forgiven. We’re continually being made clean as we walk with Him each day.
Take a moment to think about it. Are there areas in your life where you’re still holding onto guilt or shame? Is there anything you need to confess to God today? He’s ready to forgive. His grace is always available.
And what about your relationships? Is there someone you need to forgive? God's forgiveness toward us gives us the strength to forgive others too.
Forgiveness isn’t just a one-time thing. It’s a daily way of life as we live in the grace of God.
