Tuesday - The Indwelling Power of Christ

Colossians 1:27-29 - "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: 29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily."

Yesterday, we explored God's immeasurable power. Today, we focus on the astounding truth that this power dwells within us as believers. Paul speaks of "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27), echoing the idea from Ephesians that God's power works in us (Ephesians 3:20).

This indwelling power is not just for extraordinary moments, but for our daily lives. It's the strength to resist temptation, to love the unlovable, to persevere through trials. It's the power that enables us to live out our faith in practical ways.

Take a moment to consider: How aware are you of Christ's power within you? In what areas of your life do you need to rely more fully on His strength rather than your own? Today, consciously invite Christ's power to work through you in every situation you face.
