Wednesday - Faith in God
Hebrews 11:6 – “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
If you read Hebrews 11:6 carefully, you’ll notice something important. In one single verse, God is mentioned five times. That is not an accident. God is showing us what matters most when it comes to our faith. It is not just about having faith, it is about who your faith is in. Faith is only as good as its object.
Some of us have slowly shifted our trust into things that were never meant to carry the weight of our lives. We put our faith in people, routines, systems, politics, or even ourselves. All of those things can fail. Every one of them will eventually disappoint you. God will not. He has never failed and He never will.
Your faith does not belong in a pastor, a church, or a system. Your faith belongs in the living God. He alone is your foundation. He alone is dependable. He alone is strong enough to carry your life.
So today, stop trusting what cannot hold you. Set your faith back where it belongs. Place it fully in God. He is faithful, He is steady, and He will not let you fall.
