Wednesday - Created for a Purpose
Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
Ephesians 2:10 - For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
You were saved on purpose and for a purpose. God has good works prepared in advance for you to do. This truth gives our lives meaning and direction. Reflect on the unique gifts, talents, and experiences God has given you. How might these be used for His glory and the good of others? Sometimes we can feel useless or without purpose, but God's Word assures us this is not the case. Pray for clarity in understanding your purpose and for courage to step into the good works God has prepared for you.
