Wednesday - When the Enemy Gets Loud

Nehemiah 4:12 – "…they said unto us ten times, From all places whence ye shall return unto us they will be upon you."

Ten times. They didn't say it once. They said it ten times.

That's not information — that's intimidation. And it's a strategy the enemy has always used. He doesn't have to destroy you if he can discourage you. He doesn't have to stop the work if he can get you to stop yourself.

Here's the thing about the halfway mark — a lie you could laugh off at the beginning starts to feel true when you're exhausted. A doubt that bounced right off you when you were fresh starts to stick when you're worn down.

If the voices in your life have been getting louder lately — pay attention to the timing. The enemy gets loud when there's still something worth stopping.
