Monday - Enlisting in God's Army

Ephesians 6:10-13 – “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

The moment you accepted Christ, you didn't just receive a new identity—you enlisted in a spiritual army. This isn't meant to frighten you but to prepare you. Paul's words remind us that we face a real enemy with real schemes, yet we serve an infinitely more powerful God. The Christian life isn't a playground; it's a battleground. But here's the beautiful truth: you're not fighting for victory; you're fighting from victory. Christ has already won the war at Calvary. Your calling today is simply to stand firm in that victory. You don't need to fear the battle when you know the Commander has already conquered. Take courage
