Monday - Strengthened By His Spirit

Ephesians 3:14-19 – “For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge…..that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.”

Paul's prayer for the Ephesians begins with a request for inner strength. This isn't physical might, but spiritual power that comes directly from God's Spirit. Reflect on times when you've felt spiritually weak or overwhelmed. Now consider how God's strength can transform those moments. His power isn't just a temporary boost - it's a constant source of renewal for our "inner being."

Today, consciously invite the Holy Spirit to strengthen you from within. As you face challenges, big or small, pause and remember that God's power is available to you. How might your day look different if you relied on His strength rather than your own?
