Tuesday - September 5th

Psalm 37:23-24 – "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand."

Dr. Cary Schmidt's words remind us of the profound truth that stepping out in faith is often met with God's incredible provision: "Until you take a flying leap of faith, you’ll never know what it’s like to land in the gentle center of God’s amazing hands. He can’t catch you until you actually jump."

As we journey through the Christian life, we must remember that God orders our steps. Even if we stumble, His hand is there to uphold us. Psalm 37 assures us that as we delight in His ways, He delights in us. Taking that leap into the unknown might be daunting, but with each leap, we land securely in the center of His grace-filled hands.
