1 Peter 5:7 – “Casting all your care (worry) upon him; for he careth for you.”

Connie Mack was a legendary baseball manager who excelled in leading and motivating his team to succeed. During his tenure as the Manager of the Philadelphia Athletics, he guided his team to five World Series titles and retired with the highest number of managerial wins in major league history.

One of his key management strategies was his ability to avoid worrying.

Mack said, “I discovered that worry was threatening to wreck my career as a baseball manager. I saw how foolish it was and I forced myself to get so busy preparing to win games that I had no time left to worry over the ones that were already lost.”

Worrying is not productive. Instead of worrying, it's better to turn to God for help. Give Him full control and trust that He knows what's best for you. Have faith in His guidance and let go of your worries.
