II Timothy 3:16-17 – “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
The Bible is an incredible guide that can help us lead better lives and avoid making mistakes. Reading it is a great start, but it's not enough. We also need to put its teachings into practice to see real change in our lives. James 1:22 tells us to be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving ourselves.
Think of the Bible like a GPS system that gives us directions toward our goals. Just as we trust the GPS, we should trust the Bible's guidance. God's knowledge is beyond anything humans or technology can offer, and the Bible has everything we need to live a successful Christian life that honors God. It doesn't give us a step-by-step plan, but it shows us where we should go and how to get there. If we follow the Holy Spirit's guidance, we can overcome any challenges that come our way.
