Story of David - Day 4
I Samuel 16:18 – "Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the Lord is with him."
During King Saul's reign, a servant spoke of David's qualities that made him stand out. Although David had been chosen as Israel's future king, not everyone saw his full potential. God had blessed him with various talents and qualities.
This passage is a reminder that God often places remarkable gifts within seemingly ordinary individuals. We should trust in God's timing and purpose because His extraordinary plans are always at work, even in the most ordinary situations.
