Story of David - Day 15

I Samuel 17:48-49 – "And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth."

David's encounter with Goliath teaches us a profound lesson. In the face of seemingly hopeless odds, David's faith compelled him to act courageously. With a single stone, he defeated the giant, demonstrating that when we combine faith with action, God's power is unleashed.

Hebrews 11:6 reminds us, "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."

Like David, let's seek God with faith, knowing that when we act in His name, even our biggest challenges can be conquered.
