Friday - Make It Right
Read: Nehemiah 5:11–13
Nehemiah 5:13 – "And all the congregation said, Amen, and praised the LORD. And the people did according to this promise."
When confronted, the people didn't argue or say, "But it was legal." They said, "We will restore them" (v. 12). And they did. The conflict that could have torn them apart ended in worship.
Maybe there's a broken relationship in your life, and you've already done the math —
"It wasn't my fault. They started it."
But even if your part was small, God is asking you to make that part right. In His family, we don't wait for the other person to move first. We walk in the fear of God, and we make our part right, today.
Don't keep score. Just make it right. Because we are not strangers — we are family. And families don't stay divided. Families reconcile.
